Do you have a question, a problem or an idea? Send an email to contact@gambure.app. Tell us your username and, for a problem, your phone model and what you did. We usually answer within a few days.

Common questions

I cannot sign in. Gambure signs you in with an email code, with Apple or with Google. Use the same method as the first time. For an email code, look in your spam folder.

How do I add a friend? In the app, open Friends → Add friends. Search for the username, enter the friend code, or scan the QR code on your friend’s phone.

A match has a wrong result. The person who entered a match can edit it within 7 days. Each player can reject a match that someone else entered.

Someone behaves badly. Report the user in the app (profile → Report), or send an email to contact@gambure.app. See the terms of use.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Me → Delete account. Without the app: see Delete your account.
